A new opportunity has become available for an administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment of Operatives and booking of repairs appointments. This will involve providing a customer focussed efficient and effective repairs service to customers by responding to telephone calls, understanding the repair request and agreeing with the customer a suitable time for the tradesperson to call.
Essential Criteria:
*Proven experience of coordinating, managing and maintaining appointments and diaries of large teams within a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
*Strong Customer Service and Administration Skills
