Job Description
Our client are proven specialists in providing designed solutions for the protection of buildings from water ingress together with rectifying damage already caused by water and damp.

The Business Support Assistants core responsibilities will be:
To provide excellent customer services to all potential and existing clients at all levels.
To produce accurate quotations and reports provided by the Surveyor within the same working day.
To raise legal documentation for guarantees and reassignment of guarantees for clients, Solicitors etc.
Log every new enquiry, tender on Red Sky and CRM system and allocate to the relevant Surveyor.
Taking card payments for surveys and storing securely until report done then pass to Accounts.
Liaise with client and Surveyor to book surveys.
Checking survey emails daily and action.
Reinspections
Reception duties – Answering calls, greeting clients & visitors

The successful Candidate will be someone who is self-assured and comfortable with both written and verbal communication. They will be a good user of Word and good typing speed.
