We are currently looking for a candidate for an admin position on behalf of our client. This position is offered on a temporary basis and we are urgently recruiting.
As the Admin assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Updating records and information on Microsoft Excel.
- Completing all administrative tasks set by the director of the business.
- Taking incoming calls and passing details to the right contact.
- Email correspondence with clients and dealing with all queries efficiently.
As the Admin assistant, you will need o meet the following competences:
- Full fluency of English is essential.
- Must have good Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills. This is essential.
- Able to edit PDF documents and make amendments.
- Previous admin experience is highly desirable.
