Job Description

Good all round Customer Service person required, must possess excellent customer services related skills and have a proven record. This position warrants immediate start. Responsibilities to include the booking and coordination of work for gas and electrical inspection engineers within a national network. The company are based on The Green in West Drayton near to West Drayton station. The right person will have strong telephone skills and be used to dealing with clients and engineers on a daily basis.

Training will be given on our bespoke IT system, so you must have good all round Computer skills.

Hours 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch, you may be asked to be flexible at times.

Salary start: £18,500 p.a.
