Job Description

Our client is recruiting an Admin Assistant to join their busy and modern offices. The Admin Assistant will support the Project Teams with a variety of admin duties including travel arrangements, contract submissions, preparing presentations and scheduling meetings.

This is a well rounded and busy position which will suit a candidate who is highly organised, well presented and has the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. You must also be a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite and be able to cover the reception area during staff breaks and busy periods. Previous experience as an Office Administrator is required in order to be considered.
