Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service Executive to join a fast growing business based in Soho.

As a German speaking Customer Service Executive it will be your responsibility to work with Customers based in the German speaking regions providing excellent customer service via phone & email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls
  • Deliver high quality customer service
  • Customer queries via email and telephone
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Translation between the two languages
  • Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
  • Advise customers on latest products available.

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in English & German
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good computer skills
  • Positive "can do" attitude

This is a full time permanent position offering a competitive Salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum DOE.
