What would you be doing? * Interacting with a range of customers, providing a high level of service; communicating effectively via telephone and email * Providing 'First Call Solution' to clients; understanding the issues and resolving the problems efficiently * Providing a quality service; our client delivers a world class customer experience and will train you to do so too
What is required? * Customer service experience - can be in a call centre, hospitality, banking, retail etc. * A friendly, professional and vibrant personality * An excellent telephone manner and communication skills * Problem solving ability and listening skills * Happy to work to a shift pattern between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am-9pm & Sat-Sun 9am-6pm (40 hours per week with shifts sent 5 weeks in advance)
