Business Administration Intern

Our client is a forward-thinking recruitment agency, focusing on digital, tech, financial, change and security. Headquartered in the City of London, they have further bases in Belfast, Paris and Sydney. We are seeking bright, ambitious and entrepreneurial people to join us. 

Our Internal Team are currently looking for a smart, switched on individual to join us as a Business Administration Intern, supporting your line manager, the Internal Recruitment Manager and the rest of the office in administration tasks.This could be an ideal opportunity for a current university student who is looking to gain experience in an office environment with flexible hours or a recent college leaver.

Your duties will vary but as a minimum, you can be expected to:

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Prepare company documents before sending to clients
  • Correct and amend job adverts before posting
  • Manage all administration tasks to a high level
  • Create and amend entries in our in-house database
  • Take part in reporting

Our ideal Business Administration Intern:

  • Educated to A Level/ BTEC standard
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Willing to chip in with the less glamorous tasks
