Job Description

An exciting opportunity became available for a Business Manager to work for on of our clients, in a tech startup. They are looking for a bright candidate who loves variety and a real exposure to the business.

The Business Manager will take responsibility for a wide range of process and admin aspects of duties related to office management, operational control, HR and liaising with investors.

Office management:

-sole responsibility of an office move

-lease, service charge, utilities, cleaner for two offices of 70 staff in total -senior team support

Business administration:

-shareholder support: manage shareholder register, organise resolutions, deal with share transfers (finance/legal support) -operations administration -insurance -lease and asset management -HR administration, contracts, new starters/leavers -line managing admin staff


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent Interpersonal Verbal And Written Communication, Skills Excellent Time Management And Scheduling Skills, Able To Work To Tight Timescales
