Our client is a progressive organisation managing two dynamic Business Improvement Districts in central London. In total, they represent 400 Business in Bloomsbury, Holborn, St Giles, Farringdon and Clerkenwell. They have company accreditation and award-winning project outcomes, all designed to maintain the district as London’s destination of choice for business and deliver tangible return on investment to their business customers.
They are a highly dynamic team that works in a start-up culture. Due to increased demand, they are looking to hire an experienced, responsible and dedicated team member to be the first point of contact for the office and to oversee the financial administration, liaising with the Chief Executive and outsourced accountants as necessary.
The nature of this role requires an individual who has a passion for London and a commitment to building productive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. This person will:-
* Be an Ambassador for London and first point of contact for all enquiries * Support the Chief Executive in the financial running of the company * Manage all project related enquiries and administration * Manage all finance related enquiries and maintain monthly financial systems
Experience:-
* Excellent customer service skills and experience * Understanding of financial administration systems * Strong IT knowledge, skills and capabilities * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as a team * Excellent organisational skills
