Job Description
As the Business Service Administration you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective running of all direct and contractor field resources for a range of work types including Small Service Connections and Fault activity, thereby ensuring full utilisation of the resources. It will be necessary to update all scheduling tools and other in-house IT systems.

A large part of the role includes liaising with Operational teams to ensure that delivery target are meet achieving great Customer satisfaction for Network Operations South East & London Regions.

Our client has 90 offices across the three electricity distribution networks in London, the East of England and the South East. they also build, operate and maintain private electricity networks for external clients such as BAA and London Underground. We manage the network and maintain assets handling voltages from LV through 11kV and up to 132kV

This role is to recruit 2 part-time Business Support Administration on a weekend rolling shift pattern consisting of 6am -6pm week one and 6pm-6am week two.

Knowledge, skills, qualifications & experience required:
- Ability to work in a pressured environment as part of a highly focused team
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Good telephone skills
- Good level PC literacy, with the ability to learn and use a variety of systems with fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Team working – The drive and ability to work co-operatively with others to achieve shared goals and optimise the contribution of all members of the team
- Initiative - A bias for action and problem resolution
- Flexible attitude to work and working hours
- Self motivated, with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to build good working relationships with other staff and other teams within UK Power Networks and external partners
- Experience within a similar role would be advantageous
