Our client is thrilled to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a Care Service Provider based in South Norwood with excellent transport links.
You would be working for a small family ran business who will invest in your training and development.
You would need to be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and have great time management skills. Service will be at the heart of everything you do and you will demonstrate a can do attitude.
As Administrator you would be customer facing, you would need to be a natural rapport builder, diffuse tense situations and remain calm in every eventuality.
Your duties would include:
* Opening and closing the office * Dairy management and minute taking * Answering all incoming calls into the office * Maintain and update the CRM system, insuring all standards and compliance are met across the Business * Processing of DBS checks within tight time frames
In return you will be part of a close team who see each other as extended family. Your new boss will ensure you are supported and provide the tools you need to progress within your role.
