Job Description
A fast-growing pharmaceutical company specialising in high quality and specialised innovative ophthalmic medicines and medical devices is looking for a full-time sales administrator. Our client is a forward-thinking, family-run and ethical business which takes pride in outstanding customer service and in the highest standard products. 

The company is currently operated and managed by the owners themselves and the successful candidate would be the first full-time employee for this fast-growing business . The opportunity to develop your career and grow professionally with great rewards and future career prospects and have a prominent top position in the company is at grabs for the selected candidate. The company is part of an internationally based pharmaceutical group, therefore the opportunity to travel abroad and participate in our group activities would also be present. 

Main duties would include:
- Liaising with our large customer base, suppliers, internal staff and key partners.
- Processing orders and dealing with queries via telephone, email and fax
- Attending trade shows along with the team and engage in our promotional and marketing/advertising activities as required.
- General office duties as required.

Full training would be given on our in-house systems but the ideal applicant should:
o Required education: Minimum A levels (Maths, English and Business studies preferred) 
o Basic experience in filing purchase/sales documentation and other regulatory paperwork management. 
o Be proficient in the use of the office PC and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Publisher.
o Be keen to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.
o Be well-organised, time-efficient and have a good attention to detail.
o Possess excellent communication skills with well spoken and written English including excellent email drafting and whatsapp etiquette. 
o Have a high level of literacy and numeracy.
o Be a quick learner and self-reflective of their performance.
o Have the ability to work well within a team and independently
o Be reliable and trustworthy
o Be hardworking, dedicated, sharp-minded and proactive in nature.
o Have a full UK driver’s licence and preferably have access to their own car.
o Have atleast 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
