Job Description
A well respected Facilities Management company has a temporary to permanent position for an experienced business support manager. This position supports the account manager to ensure that all reactive and PPM works are effectively managed from start to finish and final invoice. You will manage the helpdesk and administration team and have responsibility for interrogating the CAFM (maximo) system to produce performance reports to drive improvement and to deliver to the client. Additional wider responsibilities will include variable works are collated and submitted and sustainability and social value commitments are met. Currently 18 months into a five year TFM contract with a two year optional extension after that. You must have experience of working in a Facilities Management environment along with a knowledge of Maximo and billing.
