A busy, expanding, IT Company, is looking for a Trainee Junior Administrator to assist in all administrative procedures. Small family orientated business based in the heart of a buzzing town a great place to take the first step on the ladder to a full-time role in Business Administration. Job Details:
Responsibilities of the Administrator Apprentice: -All administration duties and supporting sales team -Experience using Microsoft office and excel -Maintaining and updating our client databases -Answering incoming calls -Purchasing/ordering Supplies and stationery orders -Data scanning, document indexing and input -Liaise with both internal & external customers and staff -Working with members of the finance/admin team on a range of ad hoc areas as required -Excellent time management and attention to detail is a must -Knowledge of Sage is a bonus
Requirements of the Administrator Apprentice: -Reporting to the Senior Administrator and Accounts Manager -Dealing with all aspects of admin from book keeping, to purchasing supplies. -Excellent time management -Attention to detail is a must -Knowledge of Sage would be a bonus
Salary & Benefits: -Full-time position available on programme completion. -£150 per week -Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00
