An excellent opportunity has arisen within a family run business for a Sales Administration / Customer Service Advisor in the waste management and recycling sector join their team. 

Job Title – Sales Administration

Package: Up to £25k basic salary, £7k yearly performance- based bonus and excellent holiday allowance.

ROLE- Sales Administrator

This is a varied and proactive customer service and sales- focused role. The position will require you to provide support the Sales Manager alongside your daily activities. 

You will thrive under pressure and excel at multi-tasking. In this position, you will be happy to work independently and as part of a team for a progressive Waste Management company.

In this position, the successful candidate will be involved in:

• Responding to all incoming calls with the aim to result in a sale
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships and protect from becoming lapsed clients
• Process orders with precision and encourage cross and up selling to achieve targets
• Ensure all queries or complaints are dealt with or pass over to higher management as required
• Provide written and verbal quotations to clients 
• Consistently look for opportunities to develop and create repeat business

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously worked in a Customer Service role to break into the Waste Management industry.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previously experience working within the waste management or construction sector is highly desirable, however, is not essential. 

You will be confident in developing relationships with prospective and current clients. You will also strive to provide a first- class customer service experience.

The ability to prioritize your work load and to work in a timely manner is also required.

You will possess strong IT and written communications skills. You will also hold the ability to converse with people on all levels.

You will be driven by your desire to provide the best customer service to everyone you speak with.
