Here's an opportunity to secure long term employment with a leading organisation in the global food industry.

The team based on-site at the client's busy food production site, has great opportunity for an experienced, reliable administrator to work for our client based at Southall.

Previous Experience in a stores / buying is desirable. The purpose of the role is to control the Engineering department administration & stores as well as office administration support. This is a 3 month fixed term contract (FTC), but there is strong likely hood that this is extended and may become permanent.

* Annual salary - Potential to earn £17,000 to £21,000

Duties and responsibilities:

* Administer engineering functions, Job Cards, PPM schedules, etc
* Prepare reports and data entry
* Maintain filing system and execute ad hoc administrative tasks
* Receive deliveries & reconcile PO's against delivery notes
* Engineers time management & control of contractors hours
* Create and maintain spread sheets
* Organise existing engineering stores and enter date into stock system, also conduct spot checks on stock levels
* Support the office administration as required

Essential Skill requirements:

* GCSE, O Level or above
* Microsoft Office, Project, Visio
* Knowledge of engineering parts
* Team working Organisational and planning skills
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels
* Demonstrable problem-solving ability

Someone with experience must be able to demonstrate they are free from contra indications to the food industry e.g no bitten fingernails, skin conditions, facial piercings etc.

These positions will suit individuals who work well in a team, proactive, are attentive to detail, reliable to complete shift work and flexible.
