Job profile A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing e-commerce business looking for an administrative assistant to join their growing team who will help contribute to their ambitious goals based in central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent service to customers ensuring they receive a prompt and courteous service. This may include (but not restricted to) daily routines for their various sales channels.
Main responsibilities • Answer all incoming customer queries via email • Processing customer orders • Organizing returns or exchanges of goods • Dealing with customer queries. This may involve working for an hour or so at the weekend • Liaising with warehouse on packing and shipment • Working towards group and individual KPIs and targets • General administration duties as and when required • Update and generate sales reports on a weekly basis • Collate and file invoices • Place Orders with Suppliers • Update stock list across the company’s marketplaces, on a daily basis
Who we are looking for • Excellent keyboard skills • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel • Effective communication skills • Clear and confident phone handling skills • The ability to provide a high level of service, sometimes under pressure in a busy environment • The ability to work flexibly • A positive and professional approach to workload • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent English • May be required to carry out occasional accounts duties • Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential
