Job Description
SENIOR Administrator

One of our clients is seeking a hardworking, proactive individual who is passionate about providing a high level of service to clients at all times. The post-holder will be responsible for looking after two large contracts in ensuring sales orders are processed on time and to schedule whilst maintaining stock levels.

Responsibilities Include:

* Liaising with and nurturing the relationships with key clients and contacts, ensuring that SLA's for specific clients are adhered to.
* Monitoring activities within the business and noting where there is room for development and improvement.
* Communicating with distributors to ensure adequate stock, alongside maintaining a database of stock locations.
* Booking transport and couriers to transfer equipment to frequent events and exhibitions.
* Preparing and organising tender documents as and when required, ensuring documents are filed accordingly.
* Frequent updating and maintenance of spreadsheets.
* Maintaining communication within the office, keeping everyone up to date on activities and any changes.
* Processing quotations and sales orders through to delivery and invoicing as applicable.

Specifications Required:

* Sales administration experience
* Strong communication skills is essential
* Proactive with a "can do" attitude to work.
* A competent user of Excel
* A fast learner, who can pick up processes and databases quickly.
* Organised and able to prioritise own workload.
