Job Description
Our client is a well established firm with very strong links to a market leader within a niche property sector. To build on their aim in delivering a service of the highest quality they are looking to build their team by recruiting an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to join their centrally located office. This will predominantly be an administrative role, but the successful candidate will be responsible for all reception duties, which will include being the first point of contact on the telephone, meeting clients and post runs. It is essential that the successful candidate be a team player and is flexible to meet the business needs. 

Your role will include:

• Answering calls, taking messages, dealing with queries, transferring to relevant person
• Meeting and greeting callers to the office
• Supporting colleagues
• Assisting with meeting deadlines 
• Assisting with deliveries
• Attending meetings as and when required
• Administrate all post including daily post runs (twice a day)
• Money laundering searches
• Document ordering
• Opening and closing client files
• Typing using dictation system
• Filing, Scanning & Photocopying documents
• Carry out general administrative and secretarial tasks as required 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience within a secretarial/administrative role
• Organised, accurate and thorough work
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to type accurately with a good speed
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
• Experience working within a professional services firm is preferred but not essential as is use of a client data software package and PA skills
