Office Manager / Senior Administrator

Up to £30,000 plus 20 days annual leave, pension and modern offices in a central location

Established more than 30 years ago, my client is a reputable business within the Services industry. Due to continued growth and development in their office they are now looking to expand their team of 2 by recruiting for an Office Manager to assist with the smooth running of the office, as well as their Administrative duties.

This is a busy and varied opportunity that will require you to work in partnership with one of the senior members of staff, whilst overseeing one other member of staff. Your day to day tasks will be as follows:

* Handling billing enquiries
* Inputting information onto the database
* Liaising with the utility companies to obtain information
* Preparing reports and high volumes of documentation
* Overseeing the work of your colleague, ensuring accuracy at all times and assisting with any issues
* Monitoring holiday and sickness records
* Ordering office supplies
* Processing expenses
* Streamlining office processes
* Ensuring the overall smooth running of the office

This role seeks a well organised and efficient individual who is capable of working in a busy and fast paced office. You will be numerate, capable of processing high volumes of information and will have a really strong eye for detail.

You will possess a strong work ethic and will have proven experience in a Senior Administrative position.
