Duties of the role include:
• Taking high volumes of calls from a variety of clients
• Fielding calls and taking messages
• Booking appointments
• Ad-hoc administration duties
In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. The hours of the role are 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota and you will usually work one in three.
