Job Description
In this Customer Service role some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Demonstrating new and exciting betting and gaming products to our customers
- Maintaining the best possible standards throughout the retail shop and team areas
- Contributing to the unique atmosphere and experience that we love to create for our customers
- Processing bets
- Delivering on KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Responsibility for opening and closing the shop as Duty Manager
- Supervising other colleagues
- Following cashing-up procedures
