In this Customer Service role some of your key responsibilities will include;

• Demonstrating new and exciting betting and gaming products to our customers
• Maintaining the best possible standards throughout the retail shop and team areas
• Contributing to the unique atmosphere and experience that we love to create for our customers
• Processing bets
• Delivering on KPIs and customer satisfaction
• Responsibility for opening and closing the shop as Duty Manager
• Supervising other colleagues
• Following cashing-up procedures
