Senior Business Administrator

Permanent

Salary – up to £28,000

My client is an established and successful company due to team expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced bright, articulate and hard-working Business Administrator to start ASAP.

With a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisation skills, great interpersonal abilities and enthusiasm to develop you will become a pivotal part of this team. The Senior Business Administrator will be responsible for a number of tasks including but not limited to; preparing presentations, creating / modifying documents, collating actions from meetings, circulating minutes and co-ordinating enquiries and allocating them out to the team accordingly. You will be a great team player who also enjoys autonomy in this varied role. During your post as Senior Business Administrator you will be developing constantly and will be motivated to succeed and progress your career within a company who are dedicated to the improvement of their employees.

Responsibilities Include:

·Regular interaction with international colleagues;

·Organisation of Manager’s admin such as diary/ conferences/ meetings (incl. virtual meetings)

·Experience of collating and presenting weekly, monthly, annual and ad-hoc financial data;

·Experience in the coordination in the work of the team;

·Experience of expediting to meet tight and variable deadlines;

·Demonstrable influencing skills;

·Experience of using database systems; and,

·Commercial awareness & understanding of would be advantageous.

What are we looking for?

·Previous experience as working in a Senior Administration role or equivalent within a similar or larger international company

·Educated to A-level standard or equivalent;

·Excellent communicator with a high attention to detail and proven organisational skills;

·Intermediate user of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint/ SharePoint;

·Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;

·Ideally some form of project management experience;

·Proactive approach and can do attitude; and,

·Complete confidentiality and exceptional integrity.
