Job Description
Our client is looking for a Trainee Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for managing the inbound telephone and email notifications, offering exceptional customer service and entering the data accurately on to the system.
Main duties:
- To make sure all telephone notifications are dealt with in a proactive and efficient manner
- Deliver world class customer service
- To follow company compliance and guidelines at all times
- Working to KPI's such as; number of calls taken and overall customer service satisfaction
- Plan and manage own work load
- To following administration/compliance process from start to finish when dealing with all calls and telephone notifications
- Assist with any other tasks requested by line manager
The ideal candidate will posses the following:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous office environment experience
- Literacy and numeracy skills are essential
- The ability to listen and empathise with staff and customers
- Excellent time management skills
- IT literate
For this role you will be expected to work different shift patterns which are varied between 8am - 4pm, 10am - 6pm and 12pm - 8pm, Monday - Friday.
