Job Description

Administration Assistant

Salary: £14,500 with the potential for commission

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 9am – 5:30pm and Friday: 9am – 5pm. NO WEEKENDS!

As one of the fastest growing Claims Management Companies in the country, our client specialises in the reclamation of mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance on behalf of our clients. We are currently recruiting to help us through a period of unprecedented growth.

Duties of the Administration Assistant:

  • Opening and sorting all inbound lender mail.
  • Opening and recording all returned new client paperwork in a timely fashion.
  • Scanning all inbound mail to our operating system and storing in the appropriate locations.
  • Assisting in the setup of new clients on to our CRM system and printing off paperwork to be sent.
  • Organising and processing the outbound mail in time for the mail drop off.

Requirements of the Administration Assistant:

  • Previous administration experience would be advantageous however not necessary as this role provides an entry point for the right candidate to develop and gain experience in an office environment.
  • The successful candidate should be organised and able to work at a fast and efficient pace whilst managing their time effectively to achieve the daily goals.
  • Good computer literacy with the ability to work with a variety of Microsoft software packages
  • Polite telephone manner
