ROLE SUMMARY:
To potentialise stock in stores and online, through correct allocation and in-depth analysis of store / web performance and their potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Allocation of all products to markets
-Setting up initial allocation plans
-Dynamic manipulation of mins / maxs
-Pushing out stock to stores as required – reacting to best sellers / slow sellers
-Managing replenishment and liaising with the warehouse
-Ensuring stock is allocated to stores for key dates
Store Analysis:
-Analysis of store performance (all markets) – cover / under and overstocks
-Ensuring stores have optimum stock levels and identifying key product areas by store
-Key liaison point for stores
-Provide ad hoc information required for stores and VM.
PO/ Order Management:
-Raising and amending POs as required
-Obtaining harmonization and MID codes
-Ensure POs have accurate ex factory and into warehouse dates
-Issuing MDAs
Delivery:
-Work with Asst Merchandiser to chase deliveries through MIQ.
Markdowns and Promotions:
-Load markdowns and promotions onto the system.
-Communicate markdowns to stores and ensure they have ‘gone live’ correctly.
Other Responsibilities:
-Assist with producing the weekly trade pack
-Assist with ad hoc reporting as required
