Job Description

Your new role
You will be responsible for performing a range of administration tasks for the Financial Planners including sorting out mail, filing, basic admin duties. You will undertake research into products and policies and keep up to date with legislation and changes. You will be the first point of contact for clients and respond to/escalate their queries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within Financial Services, preferably within an IFA environment. You will be a competent administrator and be client focused with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be able to work on your own initiative and be proactive and organised to ensure you meet deadlines.
