Job Description
Our client is seeking a detailed and organised individual for the role of Accounts & Administration Assistant for their city-centre boutique hotel.
Pay rate is £8.00 - £8.50 depending on experience, with a 24 to 35 hour per week contract based on the wants of the individual.

They currently have three hotels in Scotland in addition to our new-build property in Leeds which opened April 2017.
The primary responsibilities of the role are:
- Work for 5 to 7 hours per day, over 4 or 5 days a week. Start & finish times are flexible based on the applicant.
- Carrying out the daily cash counting and completing daily spreadsheets to provide management with key information on revenues.
- Receive all invoices, scanning them into our accounting system and processing payments.
- Collate hours worked by employees and prepare the weekly payroll run.
- Record holiday requests, cash advances, sickness & latenesses.
The chosen candidate is likely to likely to have at least two years in a bookkeeping or accounting role and be competent in using Microsoft Excel. Experience in using Sage Payroll is also favoured.
