Job Description

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Providing the Project Manager with comprehensive administrative support
  • Completing & managing project documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from project stakeholders, both internal & external
  • Taking ownership of issues raised, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely fashion
  • Management of scheduled works, liaising with external service providers and ensuring all works are carried out correctly & on time
  • Regular up-line reporting & provision of progress reports to the Project Manager
  • Attending project update calls, taking minutes & distributing to stakeholders
  • Various other project & general admin duties as directed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive previous administration experience with exposure to project-related work - the administration experience is essential, candidates with specific project-related admin experience (or those working towards a professional project management qualification) will be at a distinct advantage Solid IT skills including the use of the Microsoft Office & database software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels of business effectively Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
