Administration Assistant – Client Services Team
Our client is one of the most successful Independent Cruise Agents and they take great pride in the service they provide to clients. They now have an opportunity available within their Administration team on a temporary basis, if you feel you can further enhance our customer service and bring valuable skills to this role we look forward to hearing from you.
As an Administration Assistant you will be confirming client bookings, checking all associated documentation and invoicing, collecting missing information and issuing tickets.
This is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent. It is a full time role (37.5hours per week), with daily briefing at 08:45, working 9-5.30pm, Monday- Friday including Bank Holidays on rotation.
