Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a well presented, confident individual to join a prestigious Accountants firm.

Duties will include the following but is not limited to:

  • Being first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Making teas and coffees
  • Booking meetings
  • E-mail and letter management
  • Maintaining a client database
  • Maintain office/stationery supplies
  • Archiving


You will have strong administration and organisational skills, be able to work on your own initiative with a 'can do' attitude whilst being able to accept instruction. Good people skills and telephone manner are essential.You must be computer literature including experience with Microsoft office, excel and maintaining databases. 

The hours are 35 hours per week.

Salary is experience dependent.
