Job Description

A temporary to permanent position has become available at a busy production and distribution company. As they rapidly expand they are looking to recruit an office administrator to train and develop and eventually transition to internal sales and administration. The right candidate will have experience in administration ideally and want to pursue a career in sales and/or administration. They are looking for someone to stay within the company and work their way up.


Duties:
- general administration duties; filing, scanning, data entry, answering calls 
- customer service
- order book management 
- schedule management
- maintain in-house system with correct and accurate data
- ensure full communication with all internal departments
- credit rating evaluation
- invoices
- prepare and issue quotes
- maintain sales and booking details for a region you would be responsible for
