Job Description

The Role!

We are searching for an Operations Office Assistant to work at the heart of one of our client's firms! You will join our Operations Office Team playing a vital role in supporting all of our families, from guiding them through the registration process to taking their all-important bookings!

The role is key to the smooth running of the Operations Office Team – the back bone of Operations – assisting in the organisation of payroll, incoming administrative paperwork, database/contact management and enquiries from our play, youth and young adult schemes.

This is a rare full-time opportunity to join the Team and our busy and friendly HQ.

The Charity!

Our client is a regional charity that provides Play and Leisure services to over 1,400 disabled children and young people. At our client's firm, disabled children and young people can play, relax, make friends, and truly feel like they belong. At the same time, families with disabled children can use these short breaks to pursue ‘ordinary’ activities such as shopping or spending time with their other children.


What we offer!

  • £17,509 per annum
  • Hours: Full Time (35 Hours)
  • Start Date: Tuesday 1st August 2017
