We are recruiting for a Business Support Team Administrator for a very successful and established practice based in London. The role is a back office role, providing general administrative support to the New and Replacement Business Teams.
Previous experience in Administration, with computer literacy, and a high level of attention to detail is essential. As you will be working in a financial services environment, a comfort and good understanding of numeracy is also essential.
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB/ PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Submit business ensuring that business submissions achieve full Financial Conduct Authority regulatory and SJP and Company systems compliance ?
Ensure that all Company business submission documentation is appropriately filed and/ or archived ?
Ensure that client files are accurately maintained and updated in line with data protection requirements ?
Expedite client financial plan details from third party providers to receipt by Company ?
Assist with chasing other outstanding documentation, internally or from third parties ?
Liaison with third party paraplanner providers ?
Preparation of pre-client meeting sign-up packs ?
Provide the Company practice leadership with administrative input and support, as required. ?
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a Business Administration role
Excellent organisation/ administration skills ?
Excellent communication skills - written and oral ?
Excellent IT (all MS Office programmes) and data entry skills ?
Ability to work effectively; independently and in teams ?
Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple concurrent projects ?

Role Additional Details:
Full-time permanent role
Based full-time in-office (office located in the City of London)
Salary £22,000 depending on experience
20 days holiday
Fixed Hours: either 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm with one hour for lunch
3 month probationary period
