Job Description
Ideally, you will have a keen interest in the customer service sector and be looking to progress and develop with the right employer! You will be dealing with a variety of business customers so building relationships must be something that comes naturally to you. I'm looking for candidates who have the ability to empathise with customers and can take ownership of the call with effective resolutions. Experience is not necessary as long as you are passionate and hard working this is the role for you.
