This leading independently owned Company provide a fun unique product to clients throughout the UK, they are now in need of a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their established accounts team
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting the Accounts Manager on a day to day basis with the sales ledger and credit control function
- Posting invoices and payments received onto the sales ledger and reconciling client accounts
- Managing any invoice queries that occur, resolving all issues and raising credit notes if needed
- Identifying overdue client accounts and chasing payments by telephone and email when necessary
- Confirming payment agreement terms with clients and ensuring these are adhered to
- Helping to reconcile ledger at the month-end and preparing reports detailing payments received and overdue accounts
