Business to Business Administrator - Immediate Start - £10,098
FIXED TERM PART TIME CONTRACT
This well established innovative company are looking for an administrator to join their busy, exciting sales department. You will be reporting to the Business to Business Support Manager working where you will receive excellent training and be fully supported within your role as Administrator.
Key responsibilities
* Actively manage clients accounts on the phone, live chat and email within a timely manner
* Handle queries and complaints as well as issuing important documents to clients and customers
* Issue Ride-to- Work certificates and gift vouchers, filling in all relevant paperwork accurately and to a deadline.
* Raise invoices for companies who have employees who have placed a Ride to-Work
request
* Accurately process payments, credit notes and reconciling bank statements
* Any other Ad-hoc administrative duties
What you'll need
* Bags of enthusiasm and motivation to do a great job
* Confidence in your ability as an administrator and on the phone
* Excellent, articulate telephone manner and clear verbal and communication skills
* The ability to think on your feet and be able to use your initiative
* A willingness to learn a new industry and processes
* The ability to problem solve in an efficient manner
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word
