We are recruiting for a Business Administrator to work for a dynamic professional services company. Our client are going through rapid growth and so it is an exciting time to join the business. This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for general administration, liaising with clients and supporting the wider team as required. Specifically, you will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
Management of records in both the CRM and the Portal.
Carrying out audit checks
Ensure all relevant documentation is obtained and chasing where necessary
Liaising with clients
Running weekly reports
Completing regular audits of the Leeds office to ensure that office facilities and equipment are maintained
Ensuring appropriate levels of office supplies are maintained
Ensuring expenditure is recorded correctly.
Printing and distribution internal documentation
To manage the coordination of internal meeting room spaces.
We are looking for a graduate or someone with commercial office experience. We are also looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Smartly presented with articulate and confident manner
Awareness of, and ability to act, with absolute integrity, discretion, loyalty and professionalism
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be able to work independently
Confidence in dealing and communicating effectively with people at all levels
Strong relationship builder
Good humoured and able to work in a close team
Creative and energetic communicator.
