Job summary
Provide a professional and competent administrative service for the Commercial and Employment Departments of a local law firm.
Previous legal experience is not essential.
Key Tasks
Managing files and all correspondence for 2 Partners
Active member office staff
Providing first line response for client queries
Answer e-mails and file correctly
Produce high quality letters and reports as required
Ensure complete confidentiality when dealing with issues
Supporting Business Development & Marketing activities for the departments
Technical Skills
Formatting letters using MS Word
Professional,pleasant telephone manner
PowerPoint presentations for client/ team presentation
Preparation of Excel Spreadsheets
Outlook Management
