Job Description
Responsibilities You will be responsible for the update, preparation and processing of monthly payroll for over 900 employees, review and ensure accuracy of Protime recording through Rota amendments via allocations, sickness records and holiday requests. 

You will handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system, setup each employee, valid programs for each employee's work schedule, update and maintain daily allocations. 

You will deal with complex pay queries, have a full understanding of PAYE and NI calculations and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, overtime, leave balances). 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have Protime experience, Administration and payroll experience, Working with confidential information Advanced Excel, Able to prioritize workload and work on own initiative to specific deadlines, Customer/patient focused, ‘Can do’ attitude
