Job Description

Payroll Administrator 
A position has arisen for a Payroll Administrator within a leading charitable organisation. This is a key role assisting with the monthly and weekly payroll.
Duration: 2 months (with possibility of extension) 
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years` payroll experience and have used the system iTrent.
Your duties will include:

  • Running monthly payroll, from start to finish for 1000+ employees
  • Manual payroll processing
  • Processing statutory payments
  • Processing 20+ timesheets per week
  • Processing redundancy pay and final salary/leaver calculations

The successful candidate should have:

  • At least 3 years` payroll experience
  • Experience with the system iTrent is essential

This would be an ideal role for an experienced Payroll Administrator, proficient in iTrent, who is ready to hit the ground running.
