Job Description

Excellent permanent Payroll Administrator opportunity - London or Heathrow based

Proactive is looking to hire a Payroll Administrator to join our hardworking, passionate team. The successful candidate will be keen to get stuck in with all elements of Payroll and be a self motivated team player who picks things up quickly.

Payroll Administrator responsibilities will be:

  • Process up to 300 timesheets each week
  • Calculating bonus's and overtime for operatives
  • Answering internal enquiries
  • Working with consultants to get all contractors paid
  • Generating contracts
  • Producing reports on an ad-hoc basis

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a Payroll role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capable of working in a busy environment
