An exciting opportunity to work for a busy not-for-profit organization in Manchester on a rent accounting project.

The duties on the Interim Rent Accountant will be:

• dealing with all rent setting issues
• report writing for directors and executive level colleagues
• identifying issues that aren't in line with rent setting regulations
• producing the final setting in January
• Reviewing the rent ledger and taking responsibility for posting correct rent journals
