Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join a fast paced, growing business based in Stockport.

The role is working across the Group assisting the Senior team with both month end accounts preparation as well as day to day transactional support in areas like purchase ledger, sales ledger cash matching and query investigation.

Duties include:

• Preparing and posting payroll journals and other accruals and prepayments journals
• Debits and credits
• Prepare VAT returns
• Collate data and produce reports- producing a commercial analysis
• Administer the payment run and perform bank recs

This is a diverse and stimulating role, where you will be required to liaise with different departments, within a busy, high-pressured environment.
