The client is a dynamic forward thinking Public Sector organization, who require specialist support on a project.

The key responsibilities of the interim Rents & Service Charge Accountant are:

• Working on a specialist project looking at rents owed to the company.
• A detailed understanding of Rent regulations within the Public sector.
• Influencing key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Explaining complex finance solutions to an executive board.
• Advising on a plan of action for customers with financial data to support.
• Advanced Excel skills, ability to manipulate, transport and display complex data.
• Running reports on Excel and explaining to none finance professionals.
