12 month FTC crucial role within a flexible working environment for a property giant based in London. Yoy willm aintain an efficient and effective Management, Financial Accounting and Budgeting process and support the operational stake holders.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintenance of the Weekly P&L and supporting files and ensuring the weekly timetable is achieved
Control and manage all aspects of the financial operations.
Prepare the operational management accounts in order that the operational management team are able to properly assess the financial performance
Analysing and understanding variance to budget and prior periods; highlighting any potential areas of concerns to the appropriate people
Preparation of monthly accruals and prepayment schedules
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Actively participate in various ad-hoc projects
What We Are Looking For:
ACCA or CIMA qualified.
Solid operational business partnering experience
Knowledge of Retail/Leisure/ Property or multi site
