Your role will be dealing with queries over the phone and via email with brokers, as well as liaising with different areas within the business to resolve issues whilst working towards monthly targets. You will be working with Oracle Financials and using Excel daily to deal with large volumes of queries with a resolution focus and manual reconciliation of corrected premiums.
