Job Description

Your role will be dealing with queries over the phone and via email with brokers, as well as liaising with different areas within the business to resolve issues whilst working towards monthly targets. You will be working with Oracle Financials and using Excel daily to deal with large volumes of queries with a resolution focus and manual reconciliation of corrected premiums.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a confident communicator and will be able to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner when chasing Brokers for payments. You will possess good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. You’ll be a goal driven individual whilst seeking to recover owed debt, and will have the initiative to manage your own workload. You will have the support of a wider team so team working skills is also important. We don’t expect people do know our internal computer systems, but you will be keen to learn and develop through excellent training and guidance.
