1. Career goals setting

First, you need to identify the type of career. It is so essential for you when entering the workforce for the first time or at time of career change. You need to get a recommendation from your family, your teachers,  a career coach or coworker. It will help you in your career goal setting. Goal setting will narrow your job search for which you are passionate to do it.

2. Proper resume and covering letter

You must ask your friend, family member, career advisor or your colleagues to review your resume and covering letter for errors. Career advisors can also offer other advice. 3. Job hunt planning

It would help if you organised yourself to search job more efficiently. Here it would be best if you made a schedule of how much you time you can give to job hunting per day or week you can do it. 6. Confidence in applying for a job

10. Preparation of interviews

Research on common interview questions is always so helpful. You can create probable responses to practice for your interview. You friends and coworker are also useful in practising interviews. If you fully prepared, you will be more confident and comfortable for the interview.

11. Following up

You must send a thank you message to the hiring manager immediately after your interview. If you have heard nothing in a week or ten days, must make a follow-up call or send an email. It will show your interest in the applied job. Do not waste your time and keep searching for another job of your interest.
