Job Description

You will learn about repairs service within a social housing setting and support the Operational Support Team by carrying out assigned tasks whilst building strong working relationships with repair operatives, customers and colleagues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of working within a customer facing environment
  • Ability to work as part of a busy and diverse team, maintaining strong working relationships and clear lines of communication with all members of the team
  • Confidence in using IT – Word, Excel, office365
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good Communication skills - face to face, on the phone, in writing and on digital platforms
  • Ability to complete task to a high standard
  • Proactivity and good judgment
  • Inquisitive approach to explore opportunities with the use of data and techniques to improve processes and be creative in your approach to solutions.
  • An interest in housing and helping people
  • Able to communicate and work effectively with different stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate a flexible and dynamic approach to varied tasks and organizational timescales.
